COVID-19 Urgent Information

To the Patients of 210 Dental Clinic

We are delighted to advise you that the Chief Dental Officer for England has recently announced that Dental Practices can reopen from the 8th June.

Please be aware that we will not be offering all services initially. Guidelines around social distancing advise minimising the number of people in the practice. To conform to this we won't be able to see as many patients each day as we used to.

Those patients who contacted us during lockdown regarding emergencies will be contacted as soon as possible. As diaries allow, we shall then contact patients who were mid treatment and had appointment cancelled. Finally we will resume routine examinations.

We will be updating you on our new patient journey which will include completing as many forms as possible and paying remotely before you attend the practice. The reason for these changes are to keep contact to an absolute minimum.

Our dentists, hygienists and nurses will be wearing more safety clothing and face wear, and our reception team will be behind screens and wearing masks too.

Please assume that any dental appointments you have arranged prior to the UK lockdown are now cancelled until further notice.

We ask that you do not attend the clinic without a prior appointment.
